Wendolin started in Kuala Lumpur after a straightforward observation: HR teams were spending a disproportionate amount of their time managing applications rather than evaluating them. Spreadsheets full of candidate details, role descriptions in one document and applications in another, and shortlisting decisions made under time pressure — it was a pattern we kept seeing.
The people doing the work were skilled and conscientious. The process around them just wasn't set up to help. So we started building something that would.
Our work centres on organising candidate and role information so it's genuinely easy to compare. We put role requirements and applicant summaries side by side, build in a clear review step, and make sure the output is something your team can use and adapt over time.
We're not an automated screening platform and we're not trying to be. Wendolin is a specialist service for HR teams who want a more structured, fairer process — and who know that a human reviewer belongs at the heart of it.

Data Handling
Candidate data shared with us is used only for the agreed engagement. We do not retain personal data after project close and are happy to sign data processing agreements where needed.

Every project includes written deliverables — summaries, workflow documents, or guidelines. These are reviewed with you before handover and formatted for practical use.
Clear Scope
We agree on what's included before we start. If your needs change partway through, we discuss it openly. There are no ambiguous extras or unexpected additions to invoices.

Wendolin operates at the intersection of recruitment process design and practical HR tooling.
