What does Wendolin actually deliver at the end of a project?
Every service includes a written output — a shortlisting view, a summary report, a workflow document, or guidelines depending on the package. These are yours to keep and adapt. We also include a handover discussion so your team is comfortable using what we've set up.
Do we need to change our current HR software?
No. Wendolin's approach is designed to complement your existing tools, whether that's spreadsheets, an ATS, or another platform. We work within your environment rather than asking you to replace it.
How long does a typical engagement take?
The Screening Review typically takes one to two weeks from the point we receive your materials. The Matching Setup is usually three to four weeks including the training session. The Hiring Workflow Programme runs over six to eight weeks depending on how many role types are involved.
How does Wendolin handle our candidate data?
We treat your data carefully. Any candidate information shared with us is used solely for the purpose of the engagement and is not retained or shared after the project closes. We're happy to discuss data handling arrangements before you commit.
Which service is the right starting point for us?
If you're not sure yet, the Screening Review is a low-cost way to see how the approach works in your context. Many teams start there and move to the Matching Setup once they've seen the value. We're happy to discuss your situation before you decide.
Is there an ongoing subscription or retainer?
No. Each service is a fixed-scope engagement with a clear deliverable and price. You can return for additional projects, but there is no subscription or ongoing commitment required.
